Die casting

Wako Odlewnia is an experienced non-ferrous metal foundry from Pruszków, specialising in the manufacture of precision components for industry. One of the technologies we use is die casting - method ensuring high dimensional accuracy, repeatability and excellent surface quality.

The process involves the use of permanent steel moulds (dies) that can be repeatedly filled with liquid metal. This makes it possible to obtain castings with stable geometrical parameters and a homogeneous material structure.

Why choose die casting?
