W Wako Foundry Pruszków The modelling shop is a centre of technical competence where we combine engineering expertise with modern design tools. We provide comprehensive support at the production preparation stage of castings - from concept to prototype to series implementation.

A precisely manufactured casting model is the foundation of the quality of the finished product. Therefore, we carry out each project taking into account the technological requirements, material parameters and optimisation of the production process.

Prototyping

We offer professional prototyping of casting models, which allows:

  • verify design assumptions before implementing serial production,
  • reduce the risk of technological errors,
  • optimise production costs, .
  • reduce time to market

We create prototypes based on our own or customer-supplied documentation. We analyse the design in terms of feasibility, durability and efficiency of the casting process.

Modelling

Our casting modelling We implement using advanced CAD/CAM systems, which ensures:

  • high dimensional accuracy,
  • repetitive production,
  • small, medium and large-scale models possible,
  • the realisation of elements with simple and complex shapes.

We make new omodelling, as well as repairing and upgrading damaged or incomplete models. Each stage of the work is covered by technical supervision, which guarantees quality control and compliance with the documentation.

Project support

We provide comprehensive project support at every stage of cooperation. It includes:

  • technology consultancy,
  • optimisation of the design for the casting process,
  • adaptation of the design to the material and production requirements,
  • advice on cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

We work with both the construction offices and technical departments of manufacturing companies to provide customised solutions.
