Welding of aluminium

Welding of aluminium is one of the key non-ferrous metal processing services offered by the Wako Foundry Pruszków. We realise the professional joining of aluminium components, enabling the creation of lightweight, robust and aesthetically pleasing structures tailored to the needs of various industries.

Aluminium is a material valued for low weight, corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength. It is therefore widely used in industry:

Why choose aluminium?

Aluminium is a material valued for low weight, corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength.

For this reason, it is widely used in industry:

Professional aluminium welding requires experience, technological knowledge and appropriate working conditions. Even minor faults can affect the durability of the joint and the quality of the entire structure, which is why we carry out each project with the utmost care.

Aluminium welding techniques - MIG and TIG

The durability of a structure depends not only on the properties of the material, but above all on the quality of the welds. We use two proven methods in our work:

MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding

A method using an inert gas (e.g. argon or helium) as a welding arc shield. Provides high productivity and is ideal for larger aluminium structures.

TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding

A technique based on a non-fusible tungsten electrode and an inert gas shield. It guarantees exceptional precision and aesthetic welds, which is particularly important in visible parts and those requiring a high quality finish.

Experience and quality of workmanship

The aluminium welding process requires the correct sequence of operations and strict safety standards. An incorrectly performed weld can weaken a structure or affect its aesthetics. That is why we entrust our realisations only to qualified specialists who work with modern, proven equipment. This ensures:

  • high connector strength,

  • quality repeatability,

  • aesthetically pleasing and durable joints,

  • safety of use of the finished elements.

In order to prepare a precise quotation, we need detailed technical parameters of the planned construction. This allows us to offer the optimum solution in terms of technology and cost.
